 Read the documentation below to help you understand what’s included in the disk and how to best use the material.

All material was either collected or written by me.  On material collected, due reference is given whenever available.  Please understand that your payment does not include payment for material that is otherwise copyrighted by others.  However, you are paying for my expertise, my collection of the material, and any documentation that is original and generated by me.  I hope you find that it is worth your $14.95 investment!

I have enclosed my vita as well as my fact sheet so that you can read a little bit more about what I’ve done.  This is simply for informational purposes and to give you some background on where I’ve been, what I’ve done, and what may have led to the some of the material found herein.

Using this CD

This CD is designed to be used in PCs (sorry Mac/Apple users).  However, if you have the proper conversion utilities with your Mac/Apple, you may be able to read most of the documents on this CD. 

Documents, for the most part, can be viewed in your web browser.  Therefore, it is extremely important that you maintain live connection to the Internet while you are perusing most of the documents on the CD

It is recommended that you use the most recent version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer or Netscape.

What this CD is

This CD is a compendium of information that should help you establish and run an interpreting business.  It is intended for educational purposes.

Includes documents relating to: interpreter training, mentoring, supervision, handling feedback, teaming, communication (Nextel™, etc.), employee teams (Team leaders, etc.), resources, pay/compensation, benefits, monitoring client needs, and handling your own needs and mental health.
