Job Coaching

360 Translations’ job coaches provide assistance with employment issues that may develop in the course of employing a person who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing. The role of the job coach is to act as a liaison between employer and employee to eliminate any barriers that may arise on the job due to deafness. This includes job assessment, training in Deaf culture, teaching effective communication to the hearing and Deaf in the workplace, and making resources available to both the employer and the employee.
