Sensitivity Training

360 Translations offers Sensitivity Training, which focuses on deafness and interpreting, at your site, day or night. All training sessions are led by a Dr. Daniel Swartz, CI, CT, SC:L and Mr. Rodney McCracken, Deaf Interpreter.

Historically, we have provided training sessions for police departments, hospitals, social service agencies, and employers. However, ANYONE that employs or serves Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals can benefit from our training!

We teach you the 3 “C’s” of Sensitivity Training:

• Comfortability - deafness and Deaf/Hard of Hearing people need not be a mystery.
• Communication - we teach you unique communication tips.
• Compliance - you learn the law.
